Do you, as lawyers and human rights organizations, have a legal mechanism and methodology for analyzing information and evidence?

Certainly, there is a methodology for collecting testimonies, archiving, analyzing, classifying and linking them to specific crimes or persons, as the methodology depends on determining the goal first, whether it is building a file, so the beginning is by searching for evidence and testimonies and then witnesses, victims and survivors, and the focus is on this part, for example When we started with the security branches, we focused on the Military Security branch in Damascus, then we moved on to a specific crime related to it, such as torture leading to death or enforced disappearance, and then work to collect testimonies and evidence related to this crime, then search for supporting evidence and clues as leaked means or videos and photos that can be taken Of the victims, such as their pictures after their release from prisons, or videos from open sources, then searching for supporting clues such as the reports of Syrian organizations or media reports that talk about this place and its crimes, and after collecting all these data, the construction of the file begins.

Is your methodology and course of action useful in achieving the goals of documenting crimes and violations of the regime in Europe?

We have succeeded in presenting four files in Germany so far, one in Sweden, one in Norway and one in Austria, and we have also contributed to investigations in France and others in Spain and Switzerland, in addition to the issuance of arrest warrants in Germany and France against officials in the regime “Ali Mamlouk” and “Jamil Hassan” and ” Abd al-Salam Mahmoud “as accused before the courts, and there are about 60 high-ranking personalities, including“ Bashar al-Assad ”, accused of crimes against humanity before the European courts, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Austria and France. We also recently succeeded in arresting“ Anwar Raslan ”and“ Alaa Musa ”and there Names under prosecution we cannot reveal.
